Ashcroft

Here is an article on John Ashcroft and company at Salon.com. Patriotism is fine, but not at the expense of personal rights and freedoms. The government has used Sept. 11th to shrink our rights and invade our privacy in the name of security. Now it looks like the tide is turning as courts begin to hear cases and see through this thinly guised conservative platform. Now if we can get these same courts (or at least the applicable ones) to see the light on copyright laws, I'll be a happy boy.
