Now for a real update,

Now for a real update, that is not about my site. What a boring weekend. I went to a movie on Friday with everyone and Heidi. About Schmit. It was ok, not as good as expected. Serena passed out at 8:30 on Sat. so we didn't go out.

Only two more weeks at work then I'm all done. It will be great not to have a daily grind. I'm a little woried about what the lab is going to do. The guy they hired is a little weak in the skill department. I'm sure they will figure something out though. Much faith. I'm going to go to bed now.

New color

The new color scheme is up. Much better. Although I can hear it already, "it's to boring". I'm chatting away with Heidi....chat chat chat.

You will notice that I started again with listing the currently playing song. This time it's automatic. I have a program running on my local machine which checks to see what song is playing. If it changes it writes the name and artist to a plain text file and uploads that to my server. Then using a simple include, the text is entered into the site. Yeah!

Stay tuned for a complete redo of the site. To many people have complained of the colors. Now I don't like them.

Now that I'm leaving Columbia,

Now that I'm leaving Columbia, I need to move my blog to a new server. Although I did like serving it from Mac OS X Server, I'll have a better stats engine on the new one. It will be served from the same server I'm using for Noetech. This will be the last post to the old server. It may take a couple of days for the DNS to propagate so you may not be sent to the new one. In the time being you can go directly there using this link.
