Google buys Blogger

Silicon Valley - Dan Gillmor's eJournal - Google Buys Pyra: Blogging Goes Big-Time

This is great news, for lots of reasons. Hopefully this will give Ev and the rest of them some more resources and make Blogger much more feature rich. Blogger is still the best blogging tool for people who are not very techie, like my sister and .

Big Pills

Serena is making me take a daily multivitamin. This can't be good.

P2P

CNN.com - Illegal downloading fight targets corporations - Feb. 14, 2003

Don't most large companies already block most P2P software using their firewalls? The last place I worked was contantly blocking it. Mostly for the bandwidth it took up. I don't blame them at all, even with a T3, internet at my job was slow as hell.

MovableType

I just upgraded to version 2.6 of MovableType. All seems to have gone well. I basically replaced some files. Very easy. I was a little nervous. No need to be. Not sure if there is an particular feature that I wanted, but it is always fun to be an early adopter.
