Steve Jobs

Interview with Steve Jobs, 1995

I found this interview today while looking for some stuff on NeXT computer. The reason for pointing it out is that SJ talks about how in the early 80s, Apple wanted to give a computer to every school in the country. They tried to get a tax law modified to make it affordable. It didn't work (interesting reason why), but California changed theirs, so every school there recieved a computer from Apple.

Bourne Identity

I watched this movie again. I know I saw it before, but for the life of me I can't remember with who. I really am losing my memory, and I'm only 25. It is fairly good movie. Much better than the standard spy films.

To steal from their description, it's like a webring, a bit like a directory and sorta like a wiki. All at a once.

IMDB and Trackback

While entering my last post a use for trackbacks came to me. Wouldn't it be great if you could send a trackback ping to the imdb page of a specific movie? When you went to the site to check out the movie you would have an instant listing of reviews and comments. Just a thought. I was going to email them with the suggestion, but I could not find a contact address on their site. I'm not sure that webmaster@ will get somewhere.
