New diet

I eat between 350 and 800 calories a day, and only once. No longer. Starting tomorrow I moving to 3 times a day and in a few months up to five times a day (the correct amount for my body type). I'm also increasing my intake to 2800 calories a day. This will allow me to actually move. As it is, I can barely stand :)

My meals:

1st.
Bowl of Cheerios
Cinnamon Toast
An apple w/peanut butter
2 egg whites

2nd
PB&J
Tall glass of milk

3rd
Big fucking steak
Salad
whole wheat roll

This is a shit load of food for me. Normally I either have two PB&Js or a Hot Pocket.
