Breakfast for Recovery

Like any day after a night out, breakfast was required. As everyone was either at work or sleeping, Josh and I headed out to Nookies Tree by ourselves. I had a waffle that was a little burnt, and the dollar for real maple syrup is a little steep. It was nice to hangout without everybody around.

Boy's Town, where Nookies is located, is my favorite part of Chicago. It has these great street markers, large sidewalks, and tons of great places to eat and drink. I used to live there years ago and I always wish that there was parking there so I could move back. Even though it is only a few blocks from my present neighborhood, I seldom make it there.
