Public Service Announcement
Do you remember those public service announcements at the end of the GI Joe cartoons? Lumpen is a media/art project and one of their projects is redoing the PSAs from GI Joe. They use the video and overdub the voices. They have a few of them on their site here, but the best ones are on their DVDs that come with the Lumpen Magazine. They are some of the funniest things I have been lucky enough to watch.
