New Friend

We have this friend who now lives in Portland, Wa. Recently he asked us to hang out with someone he knows that just moved to Chicago. We meet up with him a few nights ago at a local bar, and tonight he's at our house. Joe is a nice kid, but it's weird to meet someone like that. It was just like a blind date. He even told us what he would be wearing so we would know which one he was.

Apparently Joe comes to Chicago every summer to work for his uncle. He lives with his uncle in a studio apartment all summer long, and he doesn't know anyone in the city. Poor bastard. We're taking him in and I'm sure we'll see quit a bit of him in the next few months.

Tetris Anyone

Thanks to Stevenf, I have a new addiction. Quinn is a Tetris clone that is sucking up all my free time. My recent movie binge is now officially on hold. To make it worse, I really suck at it :-)

Documenting Your Life

I have been meaning to post a link to this site for a while. Basically Matt documented his entire house (well most of it) on his site. Look through his closed, dresser drawers, and take a peak into his basement. Interested in where the "Vacuum Formed Subterranean Fort Project" is kept? Try the hobby table in the basement. There's even a hidden room for you to find.

I used to work with him and I had no idea he was so meticulous.He is also nice enough to keep a weblog.
