Summons
Nothing like being woken up by a guy trying to serve you. Yes you read right, I'm being sued. Blah, crappy day so far. The worse part is that the court date is Tuesday. Not a whole lot of time to prepare. The notice papers even say that I have to be served my summons at least three days before the court date. Maybe I'll be able to get some more time.
All over a stupid lease from over a year ago. The place sucked, they never fixed the things they said they would and most importantly, it smelled like a sewer. The plumbing wasn't vented right and all the gas came back in the apartment. I had to let the place air out for an hour every time I came home after work. Blah.
