I've been considering moving out of Chicago again. The city in top running is San Diego, Ca. I was looking at Bestplaces.net to compare it to Chicago and I just can't believe how safe it is. And the weather.

Oh the weather. A third the rainfall, no snow, almost twice the sunny days, and 0 days of freezing weather. Yum yum.
