New Writers
I love to read. I have just one problem, I don't trust writes that I haven't read before. So when authors I have read don't release new books I reread the ones I have. Over and over and over.
I just finished reading John Irving's A Widow for One Year for the third time in the last year. It was incredibly hard to get through this time. I was always waiting for the parts I like to come up.
Blah, I need to find a new writer. I have Neal Stephenson's Cryptonomicon sitting next to my reading chair. It has been there for a couple of months now. I really should bite the bullet and just start it already. I've heard good things.
the long weird rambling is done now.

Really though, you should. I really like his writing. If you get a chance, you should also read "Snow Crash" and "The Big U" by him. "Snow Crash" is a little bit more sci-fi, and "The Big U" is not at all. In fact "The Big U" is a twisted look at American College Life.
Definitely in the top of my favorite authors list.
