Washing Your Things

Our new landlord is turning into a god send. I was nervous when he first moved into the apartment on the first floor, and even more nervous when he told us he was moving into the apartment below us. But everything is working out superb. He's doing some construction on his new apartment, making the bedroom bigger, and in the process he is adding a washer and dryer to ours!

No longer will we have to carry our laundry baskets down two flights of stairs that are covered in snow. Not to mention the money saved in quarters. I might actually wash my sheets now.

Being the Creepy Guy on the Street

As I was walking back from the grocery store tonight, I found myself behind a young women. I was walking fairly fast, as I usually do, and I was on my way to pass her when she suddenly stopped. She looked at me quickly and then crossed the street.

I can certainly understand why. A man quickly walking up behind you on a dark street is creepy, whether you're a woman or a man. It just sucks that I can spook someone like that.
