A New Job

Today has turned into a good one. I got the job in L.A.

I start November 3rd, so I only have about two weeks left here in Chicago. I'm not sure how exactly I'm getting out there yet. I may drive the Beetle if I can get the title in time, otherwise it's the train again. I would prefer to drive though, I'll be able to take some things with me. We'll see.

I guess I should mention what I'll be doing there. I'll be the network administrator and providing end-user support for World of Wonder. They produce documentaries, some television and have a feature out right now. It is about 75 machines (all Mac) and growing fast.

It should be a really great experience for me. Wish me luck.
