Apple Mail
I use Apple's Mail program for my email needs and for the most part I'm happy with it. The only feature that I want is the ability to choose a signature based on account. I'm always forgetting to switch it when I send from my personal account.
I like Mail.app, but it's a bit slow for my needs. I'm hoping that OS 10.3 speeds it up a bit.
Signature switching would be welcome as well.

Apple mail is OK but I find that it doesn't pick up all my email always. This is worrying, of course.
I have Netscape mail going too and check them against eachother. I don't use Netscape alone because it doesn't allow me to import mailboxes from other servers. Not a happy camper.
