Shopping

Erica was in town these week to visit me and some other friends. Taking advantage of this, I made her come with me to Target to do my initial house shopping. I only got a few things. Trash bags, a trash can, pizza cutter, hand towels, stuff like that.

I also got one of those folding camping chairs, like I had in Chicago. This one is nicer though, it has a foot rest. This chair has made my apartment more depressing looking actually. Before, it was I just moved here and don't have any furniture cool. Now it's, I'm so broke all I can afford is this cheap folding chair thing (even if it is really, really comfortable).

I also made Erica come with me to the Grove to spend my gift certificate. I bought what has to be the most expensive pair of jeans. But god do they look good on me. Erica bought me a pair for Christmas as well. Very nice of her.

I made a quick stop into Barnes and Noble to buy Mike Moore's new book. I need something to do while I wait for my Direct TV to be installed (December 31st).
