Missing Milk

I miss my Oberweis chocolate milk. Nothing I've tried in LA matches their quality.

When my husbands' grandmother passed away he was willed a 1970 Monte Carlo. It used to be in fairly decent shape, but it has now sat so long waiting on him to restore it that it has deteriorated pretty bad. This was one of the first Monte Carlo's ever made. He would love to see this car brought back to life, but never has time to work on it. I think you guys would do an awsome job on this car.

hi guys!! love the show,it is amazing to see what you can do in a weeks time. My hubby has no clue that im asking you to do me this favor and fix his truck for him. We bought this 1966 Chevy for 500 dollars 6 yrs ago and we packed up r things and moved from Texas to LasVegas, holding are breath hoping it would make it, and it did! It has been an A to B truck until the motor blew. Now he is trying his best to put a motor in it,with the little time he has with work and all. I would just like for you guy's to give him the shock of his life and overhaul his truck. He is the best husband and father and is always helping others fix their rides. Please help me do this one thing for him to let him know just how much his daughter's and i love him.

I WOULD LIKE YOU TO WORK ON MY FIANCE TRUCK. HE HAS A 1984 CHEVY BLAZER AND HE IS ALWAYS WORKING ON IT EVER SINCE HE GOT IT. HE WORKS AS A CARPENTER AND IS A REALLY HARD WORKER. HE HAS A LOT OF MEDICAL BILLS AND HAS CHILD SUPPORT THAT HE PAYS FOR SO WE CAN ONLY SPEND A LITTLE EACH PAY CHECK TOWARDS HIS TRUCK. HE WOULD BE THE HAPPIEST GUY ON EARTH IF THIS HAPPENS TO HIM. HE WATCHES YOUR SHOW ALL THE TIME AND I WATCH IT WITH HIM. IT'S AMAZING THE WHAT YOU GUYS DO IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME ESPECIALLY.

MY GIRL FRIEND HAS WHAT WAS ONCE A NICE CHEVI CONVERSION VAN; SHE WAS HIT JUST BEHIND THE DRIVERS DOOR. THE VAN IS STILL A GREAT LOOKING VAN ON 3 SIDES; BUT THE HIT PART IS A MESS AND SHE IS ON A FIXED INCOME. THIS WAS THE FIRST AUTO THAT SHE DIDN'T SEE THE GROUND WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. THE VEHICLES WERE ALWAYS RUST BUCKETS. I HOPE YOU WILL CONCITER HER VAN FOR A MAKE OVER. SHE REALLY NEEDS A BOOST. THIS IS THE FANCYEST AUTO THAT SHES EVER HAD & SHE IS JUST SICK ABOUT THE MESS SHE HAS TO LOOK AT EVERY TIME SHE GETS IN IT.
THANKS FOR LETTING ME TELL YOU ABOUT HER VAN AND THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

TO THE OVERHAULIN GUYS I'M AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER IN AN INNER CITY.I LOVE MY JOB, IT'S FUN, CHALLENGING, AND REWARDING. I'M FROM HERE AND I WENT THROUGH THE SAME SCHOOL SYSTEM. TEACHING HERE IS PRETTY COOL BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I'M HELPING OUT A PLACE THAT HELPED SHAPE ME INTO THE PERSON I'VE BECOME. I AM THE FATHER OF TWO BEAUTIFUL BOYS, DEAN 9 AND TRISTAN 5.THEY ARE MY PRIDE AND JOY. I ALSO HAPPEN TO OWN A 1967 CAMARO CONVERTABLE, WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE POINT OF THIS EMAIL. THE CAR IS IN ACTUALLY GOOD SHAPE IT JUST NEEDS SOME WORK TO BRING IT BACK TO THE WAY A TRUE CAR LOVER WOULD APPRECIATE IT. I SAW YOUR SHOW AND FANTASIZED MY CAR BEING RESTORED ON THE SHOW. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND THE TIME, KNOW HOW,OR THE MONEY(ESPECIALLY THE MONEY!)TO GIVE IT THE WORK IT DESERVES.HOPE YOU FIND THIS INTERESTING ENOUGH TO CONSIDER MAKING AN EPISODE OUT OF.

Just a note to let you know we love the show. We live in a very small town in Northwest TN. I would like to tell you about my husband's dream car. We purchased a 1957 chevy 2 door hardtop. When we began the purchase from a guy he works with, he was going to back out on the sale at the last minute. The car is yellow and needs work. We replaced the motor and a few odds and ends. We have had a lot of problems that has had to come before the car repairs such as tornado repairs twice at our home. It now sits in his shop at least out of the weather and tornados. I would be so greatful to have you help fullfill this dream of his since a young teenager . He always picks on me telling me that he would sell me before the car, ha ha. The car was set up to be a drag racing with the wide slicks, large motor and fuel cell in the trunk. We changed the motor and tires. The rear end is still a high speed rear end that needs to be replaced. I truly hope that you guys will find it in your heart to help me make his dream come true. He is a hard working man that has always put his family and work ahead of his dream. He loves to work on older vehicles but finding the time is the hard part.

My husband and I watch your show all the time. We have two Oldsmobiles, one is 1977 2 door cutlass and one is 1988 2 door cutlass. Both are in good shape but do need to be restored, painted etc. Time has shown through. We are having our 28th anniversary and I would love to work with all of you to do up one of them for this. Enjoying your shows, continue for a long time

Thank You! for making Dreams Come True.
I would like to ask you to over haul my husband! Not really but I would love to have his 1972 VW overhauled. He has put alot of money into it but the people that has worked on it only half hearted done the job.
I ask this because I know of no other gift that would repay him for all his sacrifice.
He gave up his life to take care of his mother the last three years of her life, most people would send their elderly to a home when it gets this bad but not him. Then after we
fixed up her home he asked if I mind if we sell it and move to Louisana to help the rest of his family that needs shopping done and things fixed. Of course I said not at all.
His giving nature would fill the largest book you could find and then some.
So here we are in La. and his pride and joy
keeps needing and needing.
Now I'm in Okla. Taking care of my Grandmother and he is in La. taking care of our home and his family without complaint.
I don't get to a pc to often and I'm not sure how this works but I will try to check as soon as possible.

P.S. My Husband knows nothing of your show and this would completly blow him away.

Thanks Again,
Tammi in Okla.

I have just found your show a couple of weeks ago
Love the show. I have a request for you to consider overhaulin my Son's 1988 Camaro.
He has not been able to fix it. It needs overhaulin bad, has a rod hanging out of the oil pan, needs paint job, along with a lot of other things.
I would really love to suprise my Son with this gift, He works really hard and has no time to restore this vehicle. He really needs this car for transporation also , since he had to borrow his Grandfathers car to go to work.
Would appreciate you considering the project for a show.
Sincerely
Robert

DESPERATELY SEEKING YOUR HELP OVERHAULIN!!!

My brother is 42 years old he owns a 65 chevy nova. He partially restored the car 15 years ago.The car is a manual shift 4 speed transmission. The problem is my brother lost his leg in a heavy equipment accident one year after the car was done. He has let it sit for over 13 years unable to drive it because he cannot shift. It has sat outside and become a rust filled occidised pile of junk. He will never sell the car and does not have the money to restore it. He was forced into retirement because of his injuries. He is a stay at home dad. His wife alice works 60 hours a week to make ends meet. This car was the love of his life and I know if you guys could restore this car it would give him that extra step back. Please Overhaulin please help my brother. Give him back a part of his life that he loved so much. please call 760-419-6341 please help!!

My fiance has a 19641/2 Ford Mustang, that he remebers as being red (active imagination). I am writing to you because he's "baby" is in desperate need of a makeover. The engine smokes, the emergency brake fell off last week, there is major rust damage, the interior is old etc. We have put a lot of money into fixing up the car, but infortunately we were taken by dishonest mechanics. Toby (my finace) has always dreamed of having the car in top shape since he purchased it back in 1993. Shortly after the purchase he was called away to defend his country in the desert storm war, while he was gone he left the car with his younger sister in hopes that she would take care of it. The car was passed on to several family members that ended up wrecking the car by the time he returned from the war. I know if he's picked for "Overhaulin" it would bring him to tears (he does not show emotions) and I know he would truly appreciate. We would like to drive away from the church in the Mustang on our wedding.
Sincerly,

Aniekan

Dear Overhaulin,
My husband has a 63 Futura that he dragged from Indiana to our house in Wisconsin 4 years ago, He said he was finally going to do something for himself. Since then we moved back to Illinois, The car came with us and is still sitting,on the trailer, in my yard, still not started. I keep telling him one day Im going to just have it hauled away, but, he is doing alot of work at the new house and really doesnt have time to work on it. Please help me help him enjoy that car soon.
Thank you, Arlene Sikora

Hi,do you need some Canadian content. I have a perfect set up for my companion. We have a
1968 Pontiac Firebird convertible, 350, power slide transmission, 2 barrel, power top, american block, etc... It is in mint shape with original parts. Right now it is stripped down to nothing. It has not been on the road for many, many, years. We found it buried in a field. I would love to tell you more. This would be beyond a dream coming true. All the best.

Hey, I'm 43 and my son just turned 16. We have a 89 Jeep cherokee. It needs alot of work. My son drives it and is always complaining about the stereo and the faded paint job, the wheels and I drive it alot to. I am a cool mom and I want my son to have a cool ride to show off with his friends who all have cool cars. He just started to work on his first job and said he was gonna fix the ride up. I want him to save his moey for college and clothes adn important stuff he needs. So, I am wanting you to overhaul the jeep for us. We can't afford to fix it up.....Can you help a coolmom have a cool car for her son to be proud of. He was raised on the beach and loves surfing. So, I'm sure you could come up with a cool ride for the cruising beaches around home. Thanks for listening. Helen Emory

Never would anyone be such a hero to me, but my Dad! I've always looked up to him as...... (someday I would find someone just like him to marry), and I did. My husband of 13 years and four children now. My Dad is a serious man, but yet has this gentle soul that you can only read from the outside. He's like a Sargent General in the Navy. But has a carefree heart. Like for example, when I say, (I love you), he says (YUP), that means I love you too. As I, and my two brothers were growing up, my Dad was always working on a hot rod in the garage, (screamin' all the good words, as he drops a bolt!) one was a '66 Chevelle Malibu, then a '68 Camaro. I could'nt wait until I was able to drive, so he could work on mine. I had to wait another seven years before I could drive. By then I had fallen in love with '68 Camaros. But that never happened either. He suffered a violent heart attack and quadruple bypass, and other health problems followed. It's left him unable to ever get under a car again.
Well its 12 years past now, and I have always wanted to do something extordinary for my Dad. He has since purchased a '67 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible from an elderly couple who lived next door to us. It is really nice, but needs some work. SOME OVERHAULIN' kind of work. This would totally break some ice for him, along with the joke of it being stolen, with leaving just the cover laying on the ground. Oh my gosh that would be such a gas. Hope you can consider this as a wonderful project. Sincerely, Kim

This is not for me, it is for my son. I was devoriced in 1997 and had to raise my children on my salary. My son received grants to go to college, which will have to be paid back after he graduates, and he has agreeded to pay back the loan. Carl works and goes to school full time, and the only car we could afford for him was a 1979 pontiac sunbird hatchback. We are praying this car will hold out another year till he graduates. He has gotten engaged to a lovely girl who tries to help with his bills. They are to married next year (2005). I would love to have my sons car decked out, so he has one less bill to worry about and a car that makes it another year. As a mom making 28,000 a year, my wish is for my son to have one great thing.

I have two wonderful parents that for the last thirty-two years have done nothing but give; to my family, my sister's family, and anyone else they could. My mom is 69 years old and my dad is 79. We almost lost both of them this year; my mom to a brain aneurism and my dad to a heart attack. My Dad has a 55 Ford Fairlane that is in dyer need of restoration. I have wanted to get it restored for years but have been unable to due to my own family finances. My dad bought this car in 1955 and it has such sentimental value. I know it would mean so much to them if they were able to drive it again, so if there's any way you could give my dad's 55 Ford a overhaul I know we would all be eternally greatful.
