Don't worry, it's not terrorism

I just caught a few minutes of the local news. It seems that LAX has lost power a couple of times in the last week. The outages were not long, the last one was for 10 seconds. At the end of the story they made it clear that terrorism was not involved. That's like saying that a secret alian laser weapon wasn't involved. It kind of goes without saying. Every since 911, the news always has to let you know that it wasn't terrorism, no matter what it is.

Car broken down on the freeway? Don't worry, it wasn't terrorism.

Flooding in the low lands? Don't worry not an act of terrorism.

Fish not biting at the local pond? Don't worry, not terrorism.
