The Tattoo

I've been tattooed six times now, and never before has anything gone wrong. Well, something is wrong with the top bar. The scabs are much thinker than they should be and it's much more painful than it should be. At first I thought it was infected, it was giving off a lot of heat, and the redness was spreading about an inch or so around it. But today it seems to have gotten better. The thicker scabs have come off with the cleaning and left a much thinner one. Also there's no puss, some fluid, but no puss.

I've heard before that red ink causes more problems than other colors, so I'm hoping that's all it is. Either way, I'm probably going to need some serious touchup when it heals.
