Blasé

If there's one thing that drives me crazy it's people who tell you how to do your job. Especially people who have never had your job, or anything like it. Of course your boss is supposed to tell you how to do it, that's his job, but random people constantly telling you how they would do it? Well I'm just about to lose my mind.

Now I'm not saying that my department is perfect, it's not. But I've only been in charge there for about three weeks and I'm happy with the progress we've made. We still have a ways to go to make it as efficient as it can be, but in my short time I've begun to make the changes need. I'm starting to feel the shift.

The last thing I need is someone looking over my shoulder who has never run a department in his life and has no idea what it takes to change a very intrenched culture.

I'm ranting a little because it's been a pretty hard week and I still have to work this weekend. I swear, I would really love to turn over my job to this man. Oh and the PC thing? Really needs to end. We're a Mac company, just deal with it already.

What I really need is a private office / space. Some day.
